Cooking Experience

For the assignment my partner Desiry and I chose to make Chicken Fettucine Alfredo as we both love the dish. I am an athlete and I tend to load up on carbohydrates and protein before a big event, I usually eat Chicken Fettucine Alfredo.IMG_0924

Cooking this meal was a great experience for both Desiry and I, we do not have much practice in cooking but we both feel that this project was a success. The meal was both healthy and delicious and as an athlete I understand the frustration of not knowing what to eat to perform well. I encourage fellow athletes to create this easy meal before a tournament or an event.
